Certified Cerakote Applicator

Cerakote coating for parts, tools, and equipment across the Kansas City metro.

Cerakote is a ceramic-based finish known for durability and a clean, factory-quality look. We apply it to metal, polymer, and wood parts across industries — from automotive components and tools to household items — plus firearm parts for customers who need that work done.

What Is Cerakote

A ceramic-based finish built for real use, not just looks.

Cerakote is a ceramic-based coating applied to metals, plastics, polymers, and wood. It's best known among firearm owners, but the coating shows up on a much wider range of everyday items — stainless cups, sunglasses, vehicle parts, tools, and more.

It comes in a wide range of colors and finishes, so jobs can be matched to a specific look or brand palette, while still holding up against wear, corrosion, and chemical exposure better than standard paint.

Why It Holds Up

Four reasons customers keep coming back to Cerakote.

01

Durability that outlasts paint

Forms a hard, protective shell that holds up to daily use and rough conditions far better than standard paint or bluing.

02

A real color palette

From subtle earth tones to bold, saturated colors and layered patterns — enough range to match a brand, a project, or a personal style.

03

Corrosion & chemical resistance

Resists corrosion and common cleaning chemicals, so parts keep their finish through normal maintenance.

04

No meaningful weight or bulk

Applied thin — adds no noticeable weight, and can even smooth out friction on moving parts.

Our Process

How a job moves through the shop, start to finish.

01

Prep & media blast

Parts are disassembled, degreased, and media blasted to give the coating a surface it can properly bond to.

02

Mask & pattern

Any multi-color patterns, logos, or masked areas are laid out before the first coat goes on.

03

Apply & cure

Cerakote is applied in a controlled booth and oven-cured to reach its full hardness and durability.

04

Laser engrave & inspect

Logos, text, or patterns are lasered into the cured finish, then every part is inspected before it ships.
